Ordering
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
Bursera is happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders. For standard orders, your total order delivery time will take between 5-12 business days, depending on the final delivery destination.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the US and Canada.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return or exchange all products within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned with all the original tags and packaging.
Please note that shipping costs on returns are not covered by Bursera. To start a return or exchange, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at hello@bursera.com.
Where are Bursera items shipped from?
Our products are shipped from warehouses throughout US and Canada meaning our products are shipped to you as efficiently as possible helping reduce the impact on the planet.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Most Bursera packaging is made from 100% post-consumer materials and is fully recyclable. We will gladly accept and recycle all packaging sent to us. In addition, soy inks are used in our printing process as an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional petroleum inks. As a first step to being a sustainable company, we make sure that our products have a minimal impact on the environment around us.
Where and how does Bursera plant trees?
Currently, we are working with Trees for the Future (trees.org) to plant young trees in Africa across six countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. They are a leading international development nonprofit that has planted over 150 million trees since 1989.
Are Bursera essential oils 100% pure and natural?
Yes! Our oils are 100% pure with absolutely no fillers, diluting oils, synthetic fragrances, or unnatural additives. They are also non-toxic, cruelty-free, and vegan.
Where do your oils come from?
It depends on the type of oil, we source our essential oils from more than a dozen countries depending on the varietal.
Can I ingest Bursera oils?
No, our oils are for external use only and should be diluted if applying to skin directly.
